"I just had a very brief one night stay at this hotel before flying out and it was fine. But I think the property is starting to get a bit dated. The AC in the lobby was basically nonexistent; it was very hot and they had these huge industrial box fans blowing. Similarly, my room really struggled to cool off. I could sleep, but it never got 'cool'. And I was there about 5 days after the June 2026 hear wave ended. I think the landline phone in the room and especially in the bathroom are unnecessary in this day and look tacky. The bathtub was very deep, and might be good for soaking. But the high sides were also oddly sloped inward, so getting in was tricky and standing for a shower was tricky because there was not the usual large flat area on the bottom. I'm healthy and in my early 50s and it struck me as precarious. I think someone 70+ would have to be very careful taking a shower."
