Super Hotel im Herzen von Bad Neuenahr. Schöner Saunabereich und schöner Pool. Wir haben uns allerdings im Aussenbereich des Pools ausgesperrt und kamen nicht mehr rein. Durch eine Bautür ging es raus und ich bin im Bademantel einmal komplett ums Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Frühstück top

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Die Größe des Hotels spürt man am Frühstücksbuffet, dort war es sehr voll. Die Auswahl der Speisen waren allerdings sehr gut.

Das Zimmer, das Bad und auch das Bett war sehr klein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage. Daher empfinde ich den Preis für die Unterkunft als zu hoch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch waren zu viele Menschen im Frühstücksbereich. Am Büfett war es daher zu voll.

Das Steigenberger hat mich in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. Der Spa-Bereich war ein Traum. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ein Fest für die Sinne, mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen Aufenthalt sucht.

Sehr gute Lage, super Frühstück - Verhalten und Freundlichkeit des Personals der Rezeption stark verbesserungsbedürftig. Vom Ton her eher arrogant - aber nicht nur gegenüber uns, sondern allgemein gegenüber allen Gästen - teilweise überforderten und einen durchweg gestressten Eindruck gemacht. Unser Zimmer war nicht gereinigt (Haare in der Dusche, angebrochene Getränke im Kühlschrank). Der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde war unprofessionell.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, wo es einem an nichts fehlt. Seit der Sanierung 2024 verbindet es den Charme eines Grand Hotel mit modernem und zeitlosen Design. Einfach nur schön und zum Wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und hebt sich von üblichen Hotelbuffets ab. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Das Schwimmbad könnte 1 Grad wärmer sein und die Duschkabinen mit zwei Stück an der Zahl ist etwas wenig, auch wenn daneben zwei Umkleidekabinen sind. Die Leute machen sich ja in der Dusche soweit fertig. Aber ansonsten: EIN TOP Hotel. Ich komme gerne wieder.
