I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to...

"The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and amazing. The room was very plain but clean. Carpets in the hallways were very well worn but clean. The breakfast was amazing and satisfying. The location was exceptional. Close to the park and downtown I would definitely stay stay here again and well worth it for the price."

"Stilvolles Hotel, das in einem alten Hof in der Altstadt von Sesslach untergebracht ist. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Leider hat das Hotel keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus und als Gast darf man nach 19.00 Uh nicht in der Innenstadt parken, d.h. man muss ausserhalb der Altstadt irgendwo parken. Frühstück ist gut, es gab verschiedene besondere Marmeladen, die es sonst so nicht gibt. Leider war der Kaffeeautomat defekt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants in direkter Nähe, wobei an diesem...
