Spoilt by a poor "accidentally left" policy

At first I was a bit surprised at staying in the dark yellow painted, deep red curtained and darkwood themed Africa room (135) but it grew on me. The patio area was pretty dark though. Breakfast was great but no restaurant for an evening meal nor a bar which was a shame. On leaving I realised I left my almost nearly new (expensive) CK shower gel behind and despite getting in touch that afternoon both by email and phone I received this reply at 20.00 - unfortunately we throw hygiene products from a departure in the trash. Sorry but those are the rules. Best regards Kati Azeroth Reservation Not acceptable in any way, shape or form after only a few hours since checking out. I wanted to upload some photos but the app isn't working properly. I also couldn't rate the parking which was very gravelly, apparently they top it up weekly, so motorcycle riders beware of the steep hill blind turn down into the hotel car park! (ask to park by the main door accessed across the pedestrian area).

Grundsätzlich wird das Hotel sehr professionell betrieben, aber immer im Sinne des Kunden gehandelt. Alle Bereiche sowie die Zimmer sind absolut sauber und technisch in Schuss. Der Frühstücksbereich wird vom Stammpersonal sehr liebevoll betreut. Hier sollte allerdings der Frühstückskaffee hinsichtlich Geschmack / Stärke verbessert werden. Alles in allem aber ist der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Immer wieder gern

Da wir schon sehr häufig in dem Hotel waren, sind es eigentlich immer die gleichen kleinen Probleme. Die Kissen der Betten sollten dringendst ausgetauscht werden, die Dinger sind so hart, die gehören ins Boxstudio, wir bringen deshalb schon immer unsere eigen Kissen mit. Ansonsten ist besonders der perfekte Frühstücksservice unf die Sauberkeit zu erwähnen.

Mit Abstrichen gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Obwohl wir schon sehr oft in diesem Hotel waren, müssen wir leider feststellen, dass in bestimmten Bereichen die Leistungen nachlassen. 1. Zimmereinrichtung: in unserem Zimmer 122 gab es z.B. keinen kleinen Tisch, keine Tischleuchte oder Stehleuchte, obwohl das in den anderen Zimmer vorhanden ist. 2. Frühstück: Pancakes sind kalt (keine Warmhalteplatte), künstliches Rührei, dürftiges Angebot an Käse- und Wurstwaren, Kaffee ohne jeglichen Geschmack, sorry, aber das war schon mal deutlich besser. Wenn das Hotel immer gut gefüllt ist muß man sich wohl nicht mehr so anstrengen?

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt immer absolut empfehlensw

Obwohl wir schon häufig in dem Hotel waren, sind wir dieses Mal etwas enttäuscht. Die Dusche im Zimmer 107 lies sich weder in der Höhe noch in der Neigung verstellen, was im Endeffekt absolut unpraktikabel ist. Das wir auch noch Pech mit einem nicht richtig funktionierendem TV hatten, kam dann noch hinzu. Da, das Frühstück, wie gewohnt, vollkommen i.O. war, ist der abschließende Eindruck vom Hotel wenigstens versöhnlich.

Top-Unterkunft in Top-Lage - zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar (Innenstadt, Bahnhof). Sehr schönes Haus, freundliches Personal. Wir haben besonders genossen dass es kein Frühstücksbuffet gab, sondern dass wir bedient wurden.
