"Das Hotel besticht durch das äußerst nette Personal und das exzellente Service. Zum perfekten Urlaub in dieser Preisklasse fehlen nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Bei der Ankunft wäre ein Willkommensgruß nett (Getränk, "Betthupferl",..) schade fanden wir, dass der Wellnessbereich nur bis 19:00geöffnet ist-nach dem Abendessen nochmal schwimmen gehen, hätte auch etwas. Außerdem war das Wasser (besonders im Aussenbecken)für uns etwas zu kalt. Die hoteleigenen Badeschlapfen mit Werbeaudruck sind mit 3...

"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."
