Bag Gastein is a wonderfull villiage and the waterfall is amazing and just a few steps away from the hotel. Also beautifull routes to walk start nearby. The room are a bit dated but they are very clean and big. The bath was very nice.

Die besten Zeiten sind lange vorbei

Schade, dass dieses ehemalige Vorzeigehotel inzwischen so heruntergekommen ist. An allen Ecken bröselt es und ein gewaltiger Investitionsstau lässt sich nicht mehr leugnen. Einzig der Speisesaal und das Hallenbad lassen erahnen, welche Qualitäten das Haus früher ausgezeichnet haben; schon die völlig abgewetzte Rezeption, das Fehlen eines Nachtportiers, die teilweise abgenutzten Teppichböden, die eigenartigen Gerüche in Teilen des Hauses, das Fruehstuecksbuffet mit den billigsten Zutaten, das phantasielose Abendbuffet … die Liste liesse sich beliebig fortsetzen; positiv die zentrale Lage nahe des berühmten Wasserfalls und direkt neben dem Parkhaus mit günstigen Tarifen, das vielsprachige stets freundliche und serviceorientierte Personal, das wirklich schöne Panorama Hallenbad und das insgesamt akzeptable Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; wenn der Eigentümer das Geld für die dringend notwendigen Investitionen bereitstellen würde, könnte das Haus aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erwachen und wieder in altem Glanz erstrahlen, ansonsten wären maximal 3 statt früher einmal 5 Sterne angemessen

Как всегда отель радует высочайшим уровнем обслуживания, трепетным отношением к гостям и замечательной инфраструктурой: прекрасный бассейн, сауны и паровая баня, тренажерный зал. Очень удобное расположение: и до центра в шаговой доступности, и в нескольких шагах от потрясающего водопада и прогулочной тропы, ведущей в горы и сказочный лес с белками и множеством птиц, не стесняющихся людей. Отель всегда любезно встречает и провожает гостей на вокзал на микроавтобусе. Многие сотрудники работают очень долго, что говорит о доброжелательной атмосфере среди персонала, который является главным достоянием отеля. Сердечная благодарность всем сотрудникам Елизаветпарка во главе с Сергеем Соколовым.
