All services are excellent ,staff are very helpful and friendly. The spa is one of the best I have been too. Breakfast fantastic and the restaurant menu excellent the food and service was first class. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.

The hotel has the most beautiful location surrounded by mountains/hills. It's and old palace built by a king to be near the springs and the spa. There's lots of atmosphere and grandeur about the hotel and the setting. Great spa facilities and fitness too. We were not too keen on the kitchen/buffet. When we arrived around 20, we were offered dinner from the buffet, but the food was not very inspiring, and there were lots of flies sitting on the food. Not very appetizing. Breakfast from the same buffet was lots of bread and cake, but not very healthy. Overall, we had a wonderful one-night stay and would recommend the hotel highly.

Beautifully area Hotel staff pretty unhelpful and not very professional (ie you do NOT announce the room number of a single traveling women out loud while check in - just a safety thing). Plus they seemed annoyed when asking questions about stuff for hotel or surrounding. Love the area!!

War alles gut , Personal war nett und frühstück war klein aber fein. Der Kaffee sehr gut ! Die Zimmer normal , schade war , dass das Hotel recht leer war als wir da waren und trotzdem bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Dach. Anstatt ein ungerade zu geben , bekommt man das für was man gezahlt hat. Halbpension auch gut nur waren die alkoholfreien Getränke nicht inklusive, was ich nicht gut finde. Für die Getränke muss man zahlen. Sauna gut und modern aber keine textilbereiche. Außen Pool war etwas dreckig. WLAN funktioniert.

Die Zimmer sind hochpreisig, haben aber weder Beschattung der Fenster noch Klimaanlage. Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl groß, es gibt aber wenig Hochwertiges. Beim Auschecken wird die Rechnung vergessen, dann bekommt man Mitteilungen, dass doch noch etwas offen ist - ohne Kompensation der Unanehmlichkeiten. Hier war leider nur der Preis Premium.

Väldigt nöjd med min vistelse. Boendet var rent, fräscht och stämde bra överens med beskrivningen. Smidig in- och utcheckning samt bra kommunikation. Lite trist det inte fanns AC på rummet bara, det var EXTREMT VARMT.

Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztripp.Die Wellnessanlage ist sehr schön. Am Wochenende jedoch sehr eng in der Sauna. Das Auto kann kostenfrei abgestellt werden und man kann den tollen Park genießen, vlt bei Schach oder Minigolf oder einen Glas Wasser.

Essen bei HP leider nur Mittelmaß; Service bemüht, aber unprofessionell. Vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, aber ohne jeglichen Service am Tisch. Der Spa-Bereich (auf mehreren Etagen mit Aufzug) ist gut ausgestattet, war jedoch sehr beliebt - auch bei Tagesgästen.
