"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and quiet..a nice size room and enjoyed the fresco on the cieling. Very walkable. It only took 15 min walk to the train station. We enjoyed the area, and the many dining options. The gelato shop by the river (around the corner) was great. "

"Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence. The decor is so tasteful and all the artwork on the walls amazing. Beautifully renovated apartment with two big bathrooms and two bedrooms. The couch in the living room converted into a bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. Perfect apartment. We will stay here again next time we visit Florence."

"Location was awesome. 20 to 30 minute walk to the center of Florence. Apartment was clean. Safe. "

"This was a stunning castle to stay in. The frescoed ceilings were gorgeous. Loved every minute that we were there. The staff were wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is to add a vending machine and maybe to offer pastries in thr morning. "

"Had a 4 night stay and just wanted to highlight the problems with the shower I had from day one and the lack of urgency to resolve the problem during my stay. Tried to take my first shower and there was no water pressure. It was a small trickle. Worst of all, there was a problem with the water temperature which self-fluctuates from very hot to cold every minute. You either have to take a cold shower or risk getting first degree burns. I reported this to the people that were managing the property...

"The staff and service were amazing, they remembered it was my wedding anniversary, and the manager gave us a bottle of wine. Ronald was amazing in making sure we had our needs met. He took care of us during the trip and went out of his way to make sure our entire stay was amazing. Breakfast was good and had an extensive selection, but the sausage/meat could use some variety. The coffee/cappuccino machine was very good! The rooms were big and spacious. The shampoo/shower gel bottles could be bigger though. "

"The social hub was great! It’s walkable distance from the centre if one wants to walk but also 2min away from tram station making touring and getting to and from the airport super easy. The staff was helpful and nice. It was clean. The room was great with a comfortable bed and pillows and a great shower! The rooftop pool and bar were great on a sunny day to unwind. Recommended"

Its location is convenient for all sightseeing, the option of the cafe at the front of the hotel is a real bonus, great for breakfast too.
