"We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price.
Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect."
"Very elegant and clean rooms. The pools are humungous and can accommodate probably 100 adults and 50 kids at a time.
Very good staff with Donald, Rochelle and MJ with the restaurant people.
I came back and booked for my family this time. Excellent stay and experience :)"

We were on C side. With pool view and it was lovely. Hotel seems to be doing some well needed upgrades. But delta clean and safe. And beach front. Similar vibes to Mexico. As a Canadian. "
"The location was fantastic and the outside area is truly beautiful, though the grass could use a bit more attention and landscaping. However, the room itself is in need of a major upgrade, particularly the bathroom, which felt quite dated.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. "
