"Over priced not just for property but for the island as a whole. Each decision has a heavy price tag as little as 200% vs. other Philippine islands. I never felt so nickel and dimed. Better to be all inclusive than do business like this; makes the entire point of relaxing be like everyday transaction dealing. Hotel lunch buffet is meh, for 900. For perspective, Boracay, the premiere beach destination in PH and in Asia, is much cheaper and has way more options."
