"A very new property. The rooms are very well appointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The location is a bit out of town, but it’s ok if you have a car."
"Clean space with everything you need - kitchen, laundry, bathtub. Comfortable bed. A balcony overlooks the river and small city. Quiet area. Plenty of close, free parking available. Self-check in, but a staff member is available if you need assistance. "
"The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly.
Wish they had a bathroom upstairs."
"Staff is helpful and polite, onsen is good, breakfast's food & environment are excellent . Dislike the staircases at the entrance, difficult to take luggage for check in and out.

"Very smart and comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities inc washing machine with a fast setting. Lots of places to eat in the area but you cannot beat the little cafe just 20m away on the same side of the street for great tasting food and excellent value. "

"I’ve got a very serious burn injury during my stay at this hotel while using the private hot spring facility provided. And unfortunately none of the staff appeared to understand English well enough to handle the situation."
