"Beautiful property (could use a little bit of refreshment - hallway rugs are very worn in part of the hotel), but the rest is great. Staff was amazing and helpful. We had a wonderful four course dinner and the breakfast was nice too."

" paid £410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a €400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldn’t be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. Bar meal was good with fresh baked bread.
