Air port pick-up did not work, the staff did not check up if the flight was delayed (wich it was!) and left without us! After 45 min the driver came back and picked us up! Even though they don’t speak the language, they really try their best to assist guests, which is truly appreciated and was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, the bungalow experience was very disappointing. The bed had a bad smell, there were insects, spider webs on the ceiling, and the bathroom smelled awful, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
