"The hotel said they are fully booked and did not accommodate me. They refused to return me the money and delegated me to their n’bours where I needed to pay again 150k.
Hotels.com did not do anything about it."

"Didn’t know we were arriving, very low ceilings (nothinin like pictures) Was offered very expensive dinner, only instant noddles for breakfast. Suggested I could refund via hotels.com and pay cash instead! Also tried my door at 12pm.. generally weird and not worth the money. Better food, places in ba be"
