"Not amazing but okay. You pay for a room and that’s what we got. Chose not to eat breakfast so pretty much no contact with anyone. Very scenic but air smelled at time like manure. Maybe fertilizing? "This was a lovely farm and B&B. It is perfectly set off the D514 between Pont Du Hoc, and Omaha Beach. It's ideal for sight seeing this part of Normandy. The room was wonderful. Sandra and Bjorn are lovely host, and owners. I will stay here again. "

This stately manor house has a “Masterpiece Theater “ feel inside and out, and Karine is a terrific host in this beautiful fin de siecle home with 21st century-appointed Room decor. Hospitality as it should be !
"Hôtel Le Louvre is just perfect ! I felt instantly welcome when I arrived thanks to a most friendly and professional receptionist. The hotel itself , is ideally located in the heart of city centre , in a quiet and easily acccessible street, with a private garage . The whole property is immaculate, my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with great bedding and bathroom. A welcome pack of biscuits , a bottle of water and some nice soap and shampoo were a rather nice touch. The breakfast buffet , prepared by a very friendly team,offered a great selection of food and the coffee was good. I only stayed one night , before boarding my delayed ferry to Ireland but could happily have stayed longer to visit Cherbourg and surroundings . So well done and thank you to the Team...I'll definitely be back."
