"I gave this hotel a 3, because it has the POTENTIAL to do better, the hotel could use some love and care - it would really benefit the owners of this hotel to read customer reviews. From the outside the property looks like it's under some kind of renovation, there's a market nextdoor to the hotel with boarded up windows, and trash behind the building. A bunch of old air conditioning units, it makes the property look really ran down and unappealling. The lady who checked me in was very uninformative, she gave no information about check out time or breakfast hours, and then pointed me towards my room. I had to give a $150 cash deposit because I live in a 50 mile radius of the hotel, I don't see the point/benefit, and all customers should be treated equally. The room was tolerable, the bed was surprisingly clean, it could use some paint and new fixtures. Some mold was present in the shower, there was no hand soap, the shower head had pink mold present. There was no hot water, called the front desk and they gave me a long excuse but still didn't make it right to keep a customer. The entire hotel had no hot water. Check out was long, the front desk worker had to walk all the way to my room (211) to make sure there was no damage to get my cash deposit back. I definitely will not go back or recommend this hotel. "

"Very nice hotel. Have stayed here several times. The only drawbacks to me are the water pressure from the shower head and the height of the commode. This visit, the water drained extremely slow from the sink, an easy fix I’d think. Will I still continue to stay here? Probably so. It’s great in every other way: location, cleanliness, comfort, safety. "

"Breakfast buffet was wonderful! We love Drury Inn and try to stay there if one is available when we travel. Staff is always super friendly. Two meals a day! Hotels are always clean and well maintained! "

"The carpet was worn, there was metal sticking out from the bed and I banged my leg on it. Ouch! The staff is wonderful and the room was clean, but the carpet needs to be replaced. "

"We waited at the check in desk for upwards of 15 min. We rang the bell and yelled for assistance. Finally an associate came. We found a dead cockroach in the morning and as we were leaving my husband saw one climbing up the dresser. We did not have hot water for showers. When I reported this the associate looked at me confused. DO NOT STAY HERE "
