"Hotel room was very nice. The building sort of blooked the fuji view, but that wasn't a big thing for us. The massage was fantastic and so was the private onsen. Traditional breakfast was a wonderful adventure. Staff were very nice. I would stay here again."

"Excellent hôtel traditionnel pour une vraie expérience japonaise. Beau site, hôtel très bien entretenu même si les installations datent un peu. Le déjeuner est traditionnel japonais, pas nécessairement pour tous les goûts. Personnel extrêmement serviable et attentionné. Le service de navette n’est par contre pas très flexible, pourrait être bonifié pour faciliter les transports en ville. Sinon taxi très présents dans la région"

"We were late to dinner due to the traffic from Narita airport to Kawaguchiko. The staff was so kind and generous to allow us to have dinner over 30 minutes after the last scheduled dinner entry. The room was fantastic and the private onsen was amazing."
