Çalışan arkadaşlar son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Yemekler ve kahvaltı gayet lezzetliydi. Oda temizliği talep üzerine yapılıyor ama genel olarak tesis temiz. Kumsalı çok güzel. Yalnız kumsal alanında ki yerde müzik sesi çok yüksekti. Arkadaşlarla ya da aileyle gidilebilecek bir yer. Gayet memnun kaldık.

Beach bar çalışanları ilgiliydi. Oda temizliği iyi değildi, oda kenarlarında örümcek ağları vardı, tuvalet kapısı kapanmıyordu, yan odalarda. Çok ses geliyordu. Odalarda ütü yoktu ve ütü istediğimde ekstra ücret talep edildi. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Oda temizliğine çağırmadan gelmiyorlardı. Ve otelde wifi bağlantısı çalışmıyordu.

Fotoğraflarda çok daha büyük ve konforlu gözüküyordu ama küçük bir otel. Odamızdaki klima çok eskiydi ve doğru düzgün serinletmiyordu bu anlamda zorlandık. Sahili kumsaldı ve sakindi, haftaiçi diye mi bilmiyorum beach baya beğendik.

Denizkenarında keyifli bir aile tatili

Konakladığımız aile odasının konumu , büyüklüğü ve temizliği süperdi. Daha önceden beach kısmını kullandığımız bu tesiste konaklamamızdan genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Tek eleştirim yemek bölümü için olabilir. Otelin boyutlarına göre küçük ve yetersiz kalmış. Yemeklerin çeşitlikiliği ve servisi güzel olmasına rağmen keyfini çıkaramıyor insan. Ayrıca geceleri için akustik canlı müzik yapılacak çok güzel bir beach alanı ve bar bölümü olmasına rağmen bu şekilde kullanılmıyor olması üzücü. Tekrar gelişimizde süpriz yaparlar belki ☺️

Rooms were big enough, beds / beddings were comfy, clean...beach was excellent... staff was very nice & kind and food was delicious.. However, room service was not good. We were told we'd be added to a whatapp group which we have never been added, noone came to collect bins/change towels etc. On 1st day we called reception but we didn't want to call everyday for that... Overall, it was a good stay, many thanks.

Plaj olarak güzel ama otel olarak zayıf bir tesis , dışardan günübirlik plaja alım olduğu için plajda yer bulmak için sabah erken kalkmak gerekiyor,plajda yemek yiyebilmek için boş masa beklemniz gerekiyor otel müşterisi bile olsanız. akşam yemekleri hep soğuktu , restoranttaki garsonlar çok iyiydi. Kesinlikle otele gitmeyi tavsiye etmem günübirlik beache gidebilirsiniz. Otel konsepti yok , butik otel tarzında sadece size 2 öğün yemek veriyorlar .verilen parayı kesinlikle haketmiyor.

Aynı otelde 3. kez konaklıyoruz. Restaurant giriş katı tuvalet temizliği ve havuz temizliği yetersizdi. Tekrarlayan iki ayrı günde de tuvalet kağıdı, sabun VS yoktu. Havuz ise dibinde kumlu bir şekilde 1 haftadır temizlemeyi bekliyordu, havuz devirdaimi çalıştırılmamıştı.

Nice resort, no coffee at breakfast disappointing

Nice resort, comfortable beds, good balcony to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. water was turned off at night so no showers and was after 8am before the water was turned back on again. Its off season so it only a few guests who would be inconvenienced by lack of water for 12 hours. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast, no coffee and no juice. Its the first hotel I've ever stayed at where no coffee is available at breakfast, not even a packet of instant coffee.

Mükemmel ve huzurlu bir otel

Biz 2 gece kalmak icin rezervasyon yapmistik ama geldigimizde oteli okadar begendik ki 1 geceyle uzattik. Yeni ve cok güzel bir otel, cok sakin ve huzurlu. Konumu zaten muhtesem, sarimsaklida sakin bir yerde. Otopark mevcut. Otel calisanlari cok ilgili ve kibar, odalar cok temiz ve bakimli. Sadece temizlemeye gec geldiler bir gün, o da nazari olsun. Wifiden pek yararlanamadik odamizdan iyi cekmiyordu. Otelin ortami cok sicak tipki ev ortami gibi, zaten odalar da villalara paylastirilmis ve cok buyuk bahcesi var. Hersey resimlerdeki gibi resimler hic yaniltmiyor!! Genelikle genc aileler vardi yani cocuklari olan genc ciftler icin mukemmel bir yer. Yemekler cok güzeldi hic ac kalmadik. Plaji ve havuzu tertemiz ve cok bakimli, keyifle vakit gecirdik. Kisaca herkese son derece tavsiye edecegimiz bir otel, tatilimizi biraz daha uzatmadigimiz icin pisman olduk kesinlikle bundan sonra Sea Resorta gelecegiz.

Otelin genel olarak otel misafirlerini ağırlamaktan ziyade günübirlik gelen beach müşterilerine hizmet vermeye oncelik verdiğini düşünüyorum. Odalarda bulunan minibar lar çalışmıyor , yönetim ile görüştüğümüzde minibarlarin soğutma işlevi olmadığını , sadece aldığımız soğuk şeyleri soğuk tutabileceğini, soğuk olmasını istediğimiz şeyleri otelden temin edebileceğimizi ilettiler ,yapılan uygulama tamamen disardan otele bir şey getirilmemesi için ki bunu anlayışla karşılıyorum , ancak benim dolapta soğutulması gereken ilaçlarımı bile koyamadim , kaldı ki otelin barından aldığımız sıcak suları ( çok kalabalık olmasi ve tükenmesi nedeniyle) soğutamadik ve o şekilde icmek zorunda kaldık. Aksam yemekleri alacart olacak şekilde düşünülmüş ancak önceden hazırlanan ürünler soğuk pörsümüş , kurumuş şekilde servis edildi.Otelin konumu ve görünümü , odaları gayet güzel olmasına karşın , otel müşterilerine hizmetin geliştirilmesi gerektiği kanaatindeyim.

Sahil ve deniz hariç hayal kırıklığıydı.

Öncelikle genç çalışanlar iyiydi, ellerinden geleni yapmaya çalıştılar. İsteklerimizi karşılamaya çalıştılar diyebiliriz. Ancak otel odalarının genel hali, eskimiş eşyalar, banyodan gelen kötü koku, havalandırmanın çalışmaması, klimanın altından sarkan örümcek ağlarının olması epey sıkıntılı idi. 5 gün boyunca köpek gibi bir hayvana ait olduğunu düşündüğümüz kaka bahçede öylece kaldı. Aynı şekilde restoranda yemek saatlerini gösteren tablolar da örümcek ağı ile doluydu ve hiç temizlenmedi. (Personel yetersizliği vardı muhtemelen genel alanlara ayrıntılı temizliği yapacak insanın olmadığını düşünüyorum) Odamız jeneratörün yanındaydı bir gün elektrikler kesildi. Birkaç saat jeneratör sesi çekmek zorunda kaldık. Yemekler ise oldukça kötü, özensiz ve yetersizdi. Kahvaltı 8.00-10.00 saatleri arası akşam yemeği ise 19.00-21.00 saatleri arasındaydı. Bir otelde yemek saatleri bu kadar sıkıştırılmış olmamalı. Vejetaryen seçenek tek çeşit olarak vardı ancak lezzetsizdi. Mesela barbunya yemeği çıktı ve yanıktı. Kahvaltıda garsonlardan biri diğer garsonların yönlendirdiği masadan misafirim gelecek diye habire bizi kaldırmaya çalıştı (ki boş masalar mevcuttu) huzur vermedi. Tepki gösterdikten sonra gelip kusura bakmayın, kahve ikram edelim, yoğunluktan kalabalık oluyor gibi alakasız bahaneler sundu (çünkü biz gittiğimizde kahvaltının bitiş saati yaklaşmıştı). Bütün bunların yanında sahil ve deniz çok güzeldi. Beach club da güzeldi. Şezlonglar rahattı. Çalışanlar düzgündü.
