"The apartment itself was nice, clean and very modern. The only thing we think would've been nice was an extra blanket and maybe something more for the exterior, because it doesn't look very promising when looking from the road. Overall, excellent value for money."

"When I arrived at the hotel on the first day, there was fruit and red wine on the table. It was really nice that the receptionist would take me to my room and show me everything. A small and cozy hotel. The hotel's surroundings were also clean. There were grocery stores nearby, and a beautiful and clean-looking long promenade where you can go for a run. It was also good that there were no animals nearby. Really friendly, professional and helpful staff who helped and guided me when I needed help....

"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "The staff were amazing, they were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Like to mention Consantio, Themidis, Nico and especially the amazing Mirsini that seemed to hold the team together with her great charm. We would happily stay in Napa Hotel again. We had a fantastic room with our own pool, even though we didn't use it, as we ventured to the roof top bar/pool area its was lovely having the outside space to relax in for our own purpose. Carry on what you are doing this place is a winner! "
