"When I arrived at the hotel on the first day, there was fruit and red wine on the table. It was really nice that the receptionist would take me to my room and show me everything. A small and cozy hotel. The hotel's surroundings were also clean. There were grocery stores nearby, and a beautiful and clean-looking long promenade where you can go for a run. It was also good that there were no animals nearby. Really friendly, professional and helpful staff who helped and guided me when I needed help....

"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. The pool was a decent size and it’s only a 10-15 walk to the...

"I recently stayed at Napa Plaza Hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Ayia Napa, just steps away from restaurants, shops, and nightlife—but once you’re inside, it feels like a calm, peaceful escape from the buzz outside. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with sleek decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the balcony view overlooking the pool area—it’s a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. Speaking of the pool—it’s a highlight! Spacious, stylish, and surrounded by loungers and palm trees, it felt like a mini resort. The poolside bar service was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options and a lovely atmosphere. There are also several bars and restaurants on-site, including some great spots for cocktails in the evening. As an adults-only hotel, the vibe is peaceful and sophisticated—ideal for couples or friends looking for a mix of relaxation and entertainment. It truly felt like a boutique getaway. Overall, I highly recommend Napa Plaza Hotel. It combines location, comfort, and great service perfectly. I’ll definitely be returning! "
