"The staff were very helpful. The room was nice but the bed was a bit too firm. The pillows were small but the staff told us we should have asked for more. Our view was lovely and the all inclusive package was well worth it. The bartender Kyle was amazing and truly lovely to meet. He made our stay that much better. I rated it 4 only because of my preference for a softer bed and very firm pillows. Otherwise I would definitely return there especially if Kyle and the same chef were there."

"Our stay at Napa Mermaid was excellent. Beautiful decorated rooms nice view from balcony close to the beach and to the centre. Service top. Food really nice selection. Will return there."

It stands heads and shoulders above other 5 star properties with the main reason being the attentive and always smiling staff.
