The water park was closed due to maintenance (did not know that until we came there?) . But the positive thing is we could make use from another hotel the water park and all inclusive facilities. We had luck that we had a car to go there. The other hotel was much better than Electra. The airco was good in our hotel room. The mini disco was great. Our kids loved it. The food was average, but ok.

Room was described with a kettle, oven etc kitchen equipment, but everything was missing. Even no glasses! Twin beds are bad for couples. Pool was good. Cleaning service entered our room at 9am after 2sec of knocking and "hello".

We stayed for a week - a really good stay! Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and large. The food in the buffet was good, plentiful and varied. The hotel is located in a very convenient position with restaurants and bars just a short walk away. Would definitely return.

Příjemná dovolená ale...

Byla to naše první dovolená v hotelu s naším ročním synem. Hotel je slabší 3* a luxus nečekejte, také šéf kuchař nemá ambice na michelinskou hvězdu. Na druhou stranu nám hotel poskytl příjemnou dovolenou ve velkém apartmánu s klimatizací a bezplatným přístupem do aquaparku přes ulici. All-in jsem bral tak, že na lepší večeři, či oběd si můžeme zajít do města a pokud budeme mít hlad a žízeň tak se o vás hotel postará. Nápoje včetně alkoholických se dají na rozdíl od egypta pít a pivo je v rámci all-in v ceně i když přes ulici v restauraci to samé stojí 3eura. Pokud nejste nároční tak vám hotel poskytne hezkou dovolenou a za cenu 22 000Kč na týden v srpnu pro 2 a dítě je cena adekvátní.

Ωραίο Waterpark! To φαγητό μέτριο! Η κράτηση μας ήταν για 2 δωμάτια το 1 ένας ενήλικας και 2 παιδιά και το άλλο 1 ενήλικας και 1 παιδί. Όταν φτάσαμε μας είπαν ότι ήταν και τα 2 δωμάτια για 3 άτομα και δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν κατι για επιστροφή χρημάτων για το 1 άτομο που χρεώθηκε επιπλέον

Recently Renovated rooms with modern warm style, clean, helfull staff, kids friendly-water park was excellent and lifeguards too. Needs though renovation at the lobby and dinning room. I will recommend it to others for sure!

The servers, kids entertainers and bar persons cannot be faulted and they were always very friendly and helpful. Although this property looked to tick all the boxes for us, it fell very short of the mark. Room was decent in terms of size, but ridden with ants the whole time. There was no way to lock the main door from the inside, and my toddler kept letting herself out of the room. The food, I can only liken to school canteen food with little other than chicken nuggets on offer for children. Breakfast was very poor! Although the water park seemed great, it was not well maintained - much like the rest of the property, which was in need of some serious TLC! The kids pool that was situated within the main pool itself was green with algae, and clearly wasn't filtered.

The rooms was not to clean! Too much ants everywhere! :( We asked for a pillow for our child and they didn’t have to give us! The food ( buffet) was ok with a lot of choices!

Muy buen hotel para familias

Hemos estado 3 noches en el hotel. Se nota que ha sido remodelado ultimamente. Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables. Los colchones parecian estar "un poco cansados". La comida era abundante y variada. El personal muy servicial.

Overall I recommend this hotel, although it has some flaws. The pool & water park are great. Location is also great. Rooms are spacious. It has activities for kids. The staff is helpful most of the time. On the down side: the food is terrible (I understand this is common in Cypus all-inclusive hotels), it’s better to eat outside as the restaurants are not expensive. Also, the hotel has a cheap look & feel, rooms are not cleaned every day, even towels are not replaced - and you should bring your own towels for the pool (or pay for them). There is only one key to the room, and it must be inserted for electricity - so it’s very complex and annoying in some cases.
