Lovely hotel. Fabulous pool. The pool staff deserve a special mention aa they were so helpful. Particularly a polish person whose name began with M. Food overall was good , although Nocturne relly did not live up to expectations. Our room was lovely although it did lack as much storage as we would exoect, and a little small. Overall we had a lovely week and i would reccommend the hotel but not the location

The hotel was great: the room was big and clean, I recommended Pool facing room. The food was great. The pools were very cold because of the weather but that was nice to sit near. Very friendly service. Thank you for great anniversary vacation!

The staff were great. Very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Room was well sized and the bed was very comfortable too. Good system for reserving beds to save the morning competition. Whilst the hotel says made for two, I went on my own and had a lovely time. Would highly recommend.

Delightful couple of days

A beautiful hotel staffed with incredible people who worked hard to make our stay all we hoped for. It’s a long walk from the beach but the environment around the pool more than made up for that.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The staff couldn’t have done anymore! The hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS, with the most amazing food options. My husband and I couldn’t have loved it anymore. To the sun beds, showers, pool and even the hair salon was INCREDIBLE! Definitely recommend. The surrounding area isn’t very nice, but it’s walking distance to the beach and supermarket and very easy to catch a bus to nicer parts. But this hotel definitely is a MUST, pure luxury.

Great hotel, very nice stay

Beautiful, new hotel. Pools are awesome, bed booking system is great. Breakfast is nice, and it's a fun touch that you can have both the buffet AND a-la carte. However, the breakfast service is slow and inaccurate, so take that into account. Housekeeping could be neater - some of our towels were left as we dropped them in the couch. Management is VERY friendly and attentive, and listened to all we said and comped us for breakfast issue - very appreciative for that.

The pools are serene, the spa is incredible, and the food? Simply next-level. Each restaurant offered something unique, and the quality was consistently outstanding. The staff deserves a special mention – always professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want to escape together, this place delivers beyond expectations. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be coming back. NOT a 5* hotel by all means. Poor facilities and amenities but over all nice staff and excellent location. Hotel lacks any luxury touch. Breakfast is okay but you have to bag for a tiny glass of orange juice they’re obviously on a very tight budget you won’t even see in a 3* hotel. They refused to give me even an hour late check out saying they’re over booked but I didn’t see anyone checking in. The hotel is okay and the location is great but definitely doesn’t deserve the rating! PS: They don’t offer any room service on evenings!!

Great for TWO

Stayed two nights. Very nice new hotel (very similar to Amavi - Paphos). Staff friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness was consistent throughout our stay. At check-out the receptionist was eager to know how our stay was and was genuinely interested in suggestions and feedback (many hotels skip this essential part). Breakfast buffet was great, comparable to Med Hotel Limassol, with good selection and again very good staff standing to to eagerly assist. Indoor gym, sauna, and pool are new and well-kept. Outdoor pool works with reserved tanning beds and includes a useful mini safe and you also get a portable coolbag with cold water for two on each visit. On top of all of that we were surprised by a birthday cake delivery, which was delightful. Turns out it was a €35 cake! The blackout curtains are nice but they could be closer to the ground and sides of the wall. By the morning there is a fair bit of light leaking into the room. Noise levels were quite low and rest was possible at any time of day or night. PS - Everything in the room is digital so don't forget to turn on the "DO NOT DISTURB" botton, otherwise you may have cleaners buzz the door and come in.

The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. The hotel had such a calm and harmonious energy. The buffet food was fantastic! We eat vegetarian and vegan, and there were plenty of delicious options for both breakfast and dinner. This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We already can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel,staff lovely, food was probably overall the best holiday hotel food we've had.assigned sun beds worked well.Evening entertainment was ok but lacked atmosphere due to poor attendance, drink prices probably kept people away but expected for 5 star hotel.I found lack of toilets in reception/bar area strange ,bit of a walk to get a toilet ,think Weatherspoons 😂 .Around a 10 minute walk to beach.The walk to and from hotel from street has a fairly steep climb not sure if people with walking difficulties would manage or are aware,if so worth checking with hotel as there maybe another route for easier access.
