"Good breakfast. Hotel facilities looks nice and clean. Housekeeping need to check to make sure that public bathroom have soap (it was empty both days I stayed at the hotel)."

"The rooftop event was the highlight of the stay. My room some how wasn’t in the system so workers were entering my room unannounced at 9am. When trying to check out I was told I wasn’t in the system and to call later for a manager to get my deposit return figured out."

"The steak I had for dinner was cold and full of fat. The veggies were also cold. The only good thing was the salad. There was no hot water Fri night or Sat morning. Management didn't really seem to care. Breakfast was also cold and when I mentioned it to the waitress, she didn't seem to care either. I was shocked that it was $15 when it was listed as included when I booked my room. When I mentioned my issues with both of my meals they were nice enough to take them off of my bill. The bartender was very courteous and apallegetic."

"I stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights. The room i had was large with a king sized bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complqint i have with the room is no microwave. The lobby was clean an inviting with lots of places to seat. I did not eat the breakfast. The hotel advertised that it had a restaurant but i was told it was closed. I needed lunch so they were nice enough to make me one anyway . I would definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt"
