Fairmont is a really old property. I think its a beautiful historical place with great ambience and character but the hallways smell musty and the furniture is outdated. No real good views. No 24/7 food service and their breakfast items are scarce.
There were staff that really try to help and accommodate your needs.
We ordered room service and it was good.
But overall I wouldn't classify this as a luxury stay.

Amazing Hotel and Staff. Good location, great cleaning, nice bed, good amenities and beautiful view from my bed! Definitely Toor will be us hotel in Toronto for ever!
