As our first stay in Tokyo, the hotel was strategically positioned for an easy walk for a baseball game at Tokyo Dome. It was an easy (mostly flat) walk to the JR LINE and Suidobashi stations. From there we toured a lot of Tokyo very easily.
The rooms and staff were great and very welcoming after a very long flight.

Unfortunately of all the places we went in Tokyo, the staff at the Gracery were the only Japanese people we met that were not friendly! Every time we dealt with them we felt we were inconveniencing them. A shame because the location was great.
