"We were given a room facing the k-arena big screen which was playing video all day with sound. We couldn't stand the constant noise and asked to be moved to a higher floor. And we got relocared to a higher floor which is much quieter."

The hotel staffs are friendly and our room is very clean and our bathroom and balcony with a wonderful view of the ferry wheel. The hotel have a direct limousine bus to Narita International Airport too which is very convenient. I will stay at this hotel again if I visit Yokohama. "
