"Wow!! What can I say? What a beautiful charming B&B. I have to admit, I was curious/concerned about such an old facility but given the recent renovation/remodel, job well done. "The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "Beautiful property! Is exactly how the pictures represent! At the end is a quiet street. Good parking we parked two 9 passenger vans in the drive. Having a toilette and shower in every room made it perfect for our group of 13. Very comfortable. My only disappointment was that the A/C barely worked with request not to touch the temperature. The house did not offer any portable fans that we could find. Also, it was represented that there was laundry available, we could not find a washing machine....

"Finally, a comfortable bed! After several nights of travel, it was a welcome relief to get a good night's sleep. The location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance and bike rentals conveniently available right on the property. One of the highlights of our stay was renting bikes and exploring the beautiful grounds of Versailles. Riding through the gardens, tree-lined paths, and around the estate was both relaxing and enjoyable. We even biked all the way to the gates, which made the experience feel much more immersive than simply walking. The property was well-maintained, peaceful, and offered a great balance of convenience and comfort. Being able to explore the area so easily without relying on transportation was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend taking advantage of the bike rentals to experience Versailles from a different perspective."

"AC is awful, asked for towels multiple times and it wasn’t even delivered. They do not clean the room well enough. We had a glove at the bed side for days and I not even picked up. Bed sheets was just a cover and the bed is hard. I’m assuming they overbook and there’s not enough staff. Would never stay here again!!!! Not worth 4 stars."

"The primary downside of this space is that there is no air conditioning. So if you happen to catch a heatwave during your stay, it will be hard to sleep. Otherwise it was like an upscale dorm or youth hostel. Not many bells and whistles, but clean, quite and a staff that was very helpful. It is about a 10 min walk to metro and so keep this in mind if you have difficulties walking. Oh, and a gym exists but it's poorly maintained."

"The hotel was lovely and very clean throughout our stay. The family room was a great size for two adults and two teenagers, with plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was superb with an excellent variety of choices each morning. The location was also fantastic — the metro station was only a five-minute walk away and just five stops from the Eiffel Tower, making it perfect for exploring Paris. I really wish I could give our stay five stars, however unfortunately the hotel’s air conditioning struggled to cope with the high temperatures during our visit. We were told it would come on between 11pm and midnight, but sadly it never worked in our room at all. The hotel did provide us with a fan and kindly waived our parking charges as compensation, which we appreciated. However, with temperatures reaching 34°C during the day and still around 25°C at midnight, it made sleeping comfortably very difficult."
