"We enjoyed our one night stay. Our room was spacious with great amenities. The room and bathroom were clean and it had good amenities. We got room service and the food was good. The coffee provided in the room was delicious and nice to have with some local pastries. Having on site secure underground parking was convenient. The only negative was the location is close to some construction but they didn’t work through the night, so it didn’t interrupt sleeping. "
"It really wasn’t worth the cost. The breakfast was extortionate - the facilities were basic, the bistro wasn’t open, the Michelin Star restaurant was fully booked, to pay this kind of money for basically a room on a main road wasn’t worth it. Staff were lovely though "
"Perfect easy stop over on way to the Alpes. We arrived around 1am due to delays at the tunnel but check in was super smooth. Room had everything we needed. "
"From the moment we arrived at Le Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, everything felt effortless and perfectly curated. The reception team was warm, attentive, and handled check-in with a level of ease that set the tone for the entire stay.
The concierge service was exceptional, proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in elevating our experience beyond expectations.
Our Garden Suite was simply stunning. Spacious, beautifully designed, and opening onto serene views that made every moment feel peaceful and private.
Dining was a highlight. The restaurant delivered not only outstanding cuisine but also impeccable service. A special mention to our waiter, whose champagne recommendations were absolutely perfect, thoughtful, refined, and tailored to our taste, making the experience even more memorable.
A place where every detail is mastered with elegance. Truly unforgettable."
"We had an excellent stay at La Villa Eugene. Staff were so friendly and inviting. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was huge. I appreciated the robes and turn down service. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of homemade items. I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is clean and fresh with an equipped kitchenette in the room. Room was a good size. Only a short walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. The carpark was secure and easy access. The breakfast was great and located on the top floor so a great view. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Reims. "
