First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. "Excellent central location- just a 5 minute stroll from the Opera. Everything in the hotel worked. Plenty of charging points and options in the room. Very helpful staff. Even the “de luxe singles” that two of us in our group occupied didn’t give us anything to moan about across our two night stay. Breakfast is a bit touristy but to be expected: the hotel made excellent dinner suggestions to us"

"This resort is absolutely amazing. Everywhere you look it is beautiful, you can sit by the pool and look at the mountains, walk through the trees and see the tranquil lakes within the resort, it’s paradise and that’s before you walk out to THE lake, a two minute walk! The breakfast is such an experience, you sit outside, listening to the birds and eat a delicious breakfast at your leisure. We were so sad to leave this absolute dreamlike holiday!!"

"The apartment had GREAT AC! We were very thankful for that as temps were over 100. We also really appreciated having a washer in the apartment. They provided the pods. Also appreciated the use of iron and ironing board. Kitchen equipped as expected. Fridge loaded with several bottles of cold water. Quiet neighborhood. 8 minute walk to the arena"

"We got two bottles of free water. The supermarket is close but walking is tiring in the heat. The train station is 5 min walk away but currently the road is under construction so 2x that. We could park free. The amphitheater is 25 min walk away. The breakfast is good and the room is clean. No restaurant without walking a bit but I still think for traveling with family this is a better choice."

"The hotel is very well situated, about a 10 minute walk from Verona. We managed to disembark a flight, get to the hotel, walk into Verona and be seated for a performance of Aida within an hour! The room was spacious and cool with standard facilities. It looks like it was very grand at one point (lots and lots of beautiful marble) but other aspects are very tired. The sofas in reception were badly faded, saggy and worn and let the place down a bit. Breakfast was perfectly good but not outstanding as lower selection of hot items. But we were there for one night and it was perfectly good."
