"The atmosphere was comfy and cozy. The room were lovely and they gave cookies upon arrival. Very welcoming. The only issue we had was that the mattress was not comfortable but over all everything else was perfect. We would stay again just because everything else was perfect. "

"I liked the clean rooms, the awesome view from the balcony (overlooking the green hills!), the hot tub, the staff and breakfast. I just wish the green space for dogs was a bit bigger. Also I’m not sure if that tony green space is somehow watered down or rinsed off daily for sanitation purposes?"

"This is a Ranch style hotel. Pretty inside and out. Rooms are very cozy. The water features are awesome. I notice guests that brought there dogs here were very happy. The breakfast was nice."

"I checked in around 2am, and left around 7am. Just needed a bed to sleep for a few hours, but I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice this property was. Is it a five star resort with 1000 thread count sheets? No... but is it clean and a great place to stay when visiting San Luis Obisbo? And a great value? Yes. Very nice, very clean, felt very safe. I even had a beautiful view from the shower, where the window opened up to the mountain behind the property. Absolutely would stay here again."

"The "breakfast" is more like a low grade starbucks counter with ready-made items but few choices. The room was great, we stayed on the second level and were impressed with the vaulted ceilings and open feel. The property seemed older with small items like the toilet seat was crooked, the towel holder was loose on the wall, etc. overall it was quiet, staff was pleasant, and you can't beat the location. "

"The room was clean and nice size. It had a nice patio: bummed we didn’t book the ones that faced the ocean- so we had a nice view of a fence. Would stay again but book one of those ocean view rooms. We brought our dog and it was great for him- lots of grassy walking paths. "
