Very basic property, which was ok for our budget. Unfortunatley it wold seem that this property is run by a criminal organisation, as they charged me twice for my room (Cash onsite and then took money from my credit card). I tried contacting them by Mail / Phone but without success. They did not acknowledge that i had tried to contact them. A bunch of crooks !!!

HORRIBLE ! 😡

188€ la nuit, ( forcément c’est le festival d’Avignon!) payable en arrivant ( on comprend pourquoi 😡,) climatisation en panne , 35* dans la chambre, pas de rideau , tringle posé dans un angle de la chambre, télé hors service, un ventilateur cassé, un 2e ventilateur bruyant , salle de bain décrépie et pas propre, voisins bruyants ! L’horreur !

Personnels attentionnés et courtois .L'établissement demande un sérieux coup de jeune une attention particulière concernant le parking vis à vis de notre emplacement réservé a l'issue de notre périple nocturne dans les rues d'Avignon très sympas de la part des employés .

Ugly and really abandoned, but nice workers!

People working so nice! But hotel looks really ugly, rooms are totally destroyed (paint and other details are really abandoned) looks like you are on a developing country, Don´t know how they are even able to offer such place in this website. At Night people going in and out and to much noise of people fucking around.

L’endroit est assez bien situé, bien et pas coûteux pour une nuit. Le pommeau de douche était défectueux (des jets dans tous les sens), propreté correcte mais pas exceptionnelle.

Nous sommes arrivé très tard et le personnels est resté à nous attendre. C'était le seul point positif. Chambre non insonorisée, nous n'avons pas dormis de la nuit. Le lit et les coussins ne sont pas comfortable. Nous devions rester 2 nuits mais nous sommes partis le lendemain matin.

Lamentable impossible d'accéder a la chambre car la carte ne fonctionnait plus (travailleur de nuit rentré a 3h30) et impossible de joindre quelqu'un, chambre réservée et a l'arrivée plus de chambre, une dispo non faite. Conclusion attente jusqu'à 6h30 et pas dormi. Heureusement que l'on ne m'a pas facturé la chambre.

malgré une réservation faite en ligne bien à l'avance, l'hôtel était plein et la chambre réservée n'était plus disponible. Cela m'a arrangé finalement car l'hôtel est très peu engageant: mauvaises odeurs, vétusté, un ensemble bien peu engageant!

A fuir... accueil plus que mitigé, hôtel vétuste et sale... Problème de porte (carte numéro 3 qui ouvre chambre numéro 8) et quand enfin on arrive à rentrer dans notre chambre celle ci et enfait occupé ! Parking payant 5euros ce qui n'était pas indiqué

Chambre correcte en termes de superficie. Assez propre. Par contre le patron m'a accueilli en me demandant un paiement uniquement en cash, alors qu'une personne au téléphone m'avait dit ok pour les cheques vacances, et il y avait un terminal CB sur le comptoir .. Pas clair tout ça. Insonorisation médiocre.
