"The room was in an excellent location. It suited my needs and was an excellent value. For 1 person its great . Can't see it happening for more than 1.Communication was challenging, but once i was able to speak with someone things went smoothly. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. It would have been easier for me personally had i been able to communicate via email, but it worked out."

"The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. "We liked the clean room, comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking the square. The breakfast was good. The towels were very thin and the design of the sink and tap in the bathroom meant that the water splashed everywhere whenever used. There weren’t enough towels to make the bathroom usable. There was no body lotion which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. We were given vouchers for free drinks in the hotel lobby but there was never a member of staff there to facilitate this. The person who cleaned the room was very efficient."

"Great hotel in a great location. Sometimes it’s worth paying more for a luxury experience. Excellent service, outstanding breakfast buffet and beautiful rooftop pool. My room was in the small building next to the main building. It was a great room. Quiet. Easy in and out and no crowded elevator. Amazing shower. Overall highly recommended."

"Nice hotel, centrally located. Lobby is clean big welcoming and pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable though would say the bathroom has seen better days. Floor behind and around the toilet was cracked, old looking, water damaged. The shower has a half door and water sprays out of the shower/bath when taking a shower. The breakfast is phenomenal and one of the best parts of the stay. Would stay again though would suggest an upgrade to the bathroom."
