"Overall the property was clean and in decent condition. Breakfast was a disappointment—no cheese selections and no donuts. No bagels pretty meager selection. Staff was courteous and nice. Bedding linen was old and cheap. Room and bathroom were clean. We were given a room for disabled which we were not warned about. Would have preferred a regular room with a little more space."

"The restaurant and bar was overpriced by 200%, and the employees were extremely rude. They failed to realize that guests are staying in Albany, not NYC or Miami. "

"Great location. Within walking distance to MOCA, and a few restaurants that were open during our stay. The town is post industrial and post manufacturing. Walking around MOCA is a wonderful experience in itself as much of the history of the building and surrounding area comes alive and is fascinating.The exercise room is small. Not crowded. The pool was in use most of the time we were there as the pool is used for children's swimming lessons. We didn't want to use the hot tub with a bunch of kids and parents splashing around. Good staff and very responsive. "

"Worst hotel stay I can remember and I have stayed in hotels for nearly 200 nights over the past 7 years. The hotel itself is fine and the staff nice enough but there is a club next door and they play loud music until 2:30 AM. I couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours each night because the noise from the club. And the hallway noise is terrible, slamming doors and loud people but that died down around 11:30. I have learned a painful lesson to check the businesses nearby a hotel for when they close to prevent another awful sleepless stay, And to top it off the hotel refused to refund any portion of the stay. Horrible experience, worst stay ever, never stay here again. "
