"Property was poorly constructed and location was not centrally located to anything; our room had wobbly furniture, electrical outlets were installed incorrectly and sparked when we plugged our phones in; air conditioners were so loud they sounded like a plane taking off; sheets and towels were old and threadbare; no amenities "

"Very friendly staff. They accommodate our needs. We group of 7 got 2 rooms and we were able to communicate them so we able to spend more time together. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, specious enough. I would come back if I'm back to this area. "

"I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was great, the amenities were very well maintained. Location was convenient. I enjoyed the pool, it was very clean and beautiful. The only feedback I would give is that the front desk needs a true 24 hr staff, there was only a security guard after 10 pm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the beautiful view to the water, the bar area, the restaurant, the family-friendly environment, the pool was one of the best I’ve seen in Puerto Rico, the staff very friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was very well priced and delicious, the grounds were very well kept and clean, the games were great…5 stars for sure!"
