"Vey well maintained property; large rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Excellent location, with access to the Schonbrunn palace, public transport, restaurants. High quality and sumptuous breakfast and attentive, helpful staff in dining room The front desk staff were warm and very helpful. I had a very early departure, but the front desk staff member I spoke to previous night helped arrange a packed breakfast at 4:00 a.m."

"It’s more budget than you’d expect for a premier inn - no tea making facilities in the reception or in the room and no drinking water without paying for it. The bathroom was a bit worse for wear. The location is very convenient for the station though and the room was clean so if you’re looking for super budget then it is that."

"Room was sufficient, a small fridge would be welcome for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was average, some strange options and hot food was lukewarm. Room did have a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms and people in the hallway, and shower was very temperamental and low water pressure. Great location and felt safe. Staff were helpful"
