"Generally a very comfortable stay. Given that a lot of the rooms overlook the runway, the soundproofing does a great job of really damping the noise from the nearby planes. It's not silent, but it dulls it down to something like the volume of distant traffic.
The staff were helpful and welcoming and the buffet breakfast is pretty impressive.
Whilst expensive, the little automated shop in the reception is very handy in a pinch as well.
Only downsides were that the air-con in our room was either very weak or not functioning correctly. It wasn't an especially hot evening (under 20 degrees, easily) and despite being set to the coldest setting when we arrived, the room was very warm. Both of us needed to sleep outside the duvet.
Similarly, the shower head couldn't be adjusted vertically, which was a bit unhelpful. The shower itself was otherwise excellent in terms of heat and pressure.
Also, the location is about as convenient as its possible to be. It's literally next door to the airport train station and Terminal 1."
"Our stay at Le Meridien Vienna was outstanding. It was in an amazing location that allowed us to walk to the historical center of Vienna. Our King room was large and beautifully appointed. The staff at Le Meridien was always available to answer our questions and make suggestions on sites to see. We paid extra for their breakfast and it was well worth it with an unbelievable array of food and beverage choices. The staff was also very helpful in assisting us with making reservations for our airport transfers (limousine fee). We would definitely recommend Le Meridien when visiting beautiful Vienna!"
"The only complaint I have is that the pillows were way too soft. It was hard for us to get a great night sleep but the staff and the cleanliness and the breakfast we’re outstanding."
"Fantastic location to the train station, rooms were clean, the bathroom was generous bright and clean, the balcony was a bonus. Easy to walk to many locations and close to subway"
