"The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Unfortunately the ice maker in our freezer was not functioning, there were no ice cube trays and they didn’t have an ice machine. The hair dryer was broken. The hot and cold indicator for the shower was reversed so I took an unnecessary cold shower the first night. "

Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, and with the induction cook top loaner, I cooked and ate all my meals in the room during my stay... very nice to have that option. And the dishwasher was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, I slept better there than I do at home."

"Horrible, we called for a late check-in because we were gonna be arriving late and they told us to pick up a phone and we would be allowed in the building. Waited around for a whole hour knocking on the building and trying to call the front desk no one ever answered. We ended up having to drive to another hotel and stay somewhere else after paying for this hotel stay"

"Room was clean and spacious, l highly recommend staying here! The gym is good and the indoor pool is small but still good. There is a small 1 sided basketball court. Breakfast is good, coffee, eggs, cereals, waffles, tortillas, meats and toast are options. "

"Clean the windows! Jesus horrible and unacceptable. Also drywall ceiling falling apart. Needs general maintenace and management over-site of cleanliness. Those windows havent been cleaned in months of not years! Master the easy things! "
