"Upon checkin the gentleman at the front was not friendly or welcoming. Seemed robotic in his verbiage and a welcoming environment. Did not explain where elevators were and we had to look which direction to go. When going to the bar upon opening bartender did not acknowledge us or anyone waiting. The seating where the tables were there was a couple sitting there and the lights were not turned on (bar/restaraunt was already open) of which the wife had to come up and ask if they were open and bar tender said yes, but did not explain it was not like an actual restraunt where a server would come to your table that you had to order food at the bar. Very limit choices. Once we were done Jerome did not thank us or anything that had left. The lifting in the rooms is dim and not well lit. We were extremely disappointed in this hotel and not worth the money. We will not return to this hotel in the future. "
"Room had a weird smell. Bathroom door is a slider that didnt even close correctly. Very awkward for a shared room.
Breakfast was good. Noce varoety of fresh foods on hand.
Staff was friendly, only interaction waa check in."
"The stay was horrible. We went for a dance competition and this was the host hotel for the competition. The hotel booked 3 fraternities to have their formal. They only had three working elevators so the wait time for elevators was insane. Check out time on Sunday was ridiculous when waiting for an elevator. Will never stay there again. I don’t recommend it. "
"Quirky, excellent stay in Austin! I was very impresssed with the hotel vibe, staff, and room. The sushi restaurant was fantastic and also served as the breakfast buffet the next day. "
