"Room daily cleaning did not exist. We needed to ask for fresh towels by WhatsApp. They left the fresh towels and did not remove the used ones.
The room was very hot in May, fortunately we saw some fans during the 3rd day of the stay and ask for one, which was very helpful.
The bathroom was comfortable as well as the bed."

"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "
