"Worst ever stay! Room had lot of mosquitoes, there was no tv and water in bathroom taps had inadequate pressure! room 109 was so dirty and broken furnitures. And the manager in the reception should never be employed in any company! His behaviour alone made our stay very terrible! I strongly don’t recommend this place."

Such as an employee approaching me while I was alone at the pool claiming I owed $10000rupes for a gold investment. I did tell management. "The hotel itself is decently maintained mostly.. We were greeted with a welcome drink during check in, that was nice! The room was spacious. Housekeeping was mostly on point. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety. The pool area was a bit underwhelming though. The reception staff was very cordial and helpful throughout the stay! Some minor things that could be improved - 1. There was only 1 towel and 1 glass of water when we checked in. Considering that the hotel knows that there are 2 guests checking in, this was a bit off putting. But room service promptly brought the other towel and glass when we called. 2. We were given only one key card, considering that there are 2 guests - again this was a bit weird to us. They said that they don't have a second key card for the room. So it was a bit of a hassle for us to share the one."
