"The location is perfect for the places we went to. Walking distance to Coors field, Civic Center near the capital & civic park and 16th street mall and the union station. When we arrived , we were greeted with great hospitality and informed their a/c is centralized, so not able to adjust the room temp. The room was cleaned, but could use a good touch up on the walls, the wall paper was coming undone in a few spots. We did ask for a fan, in which 1 was provided. The down fall is, we stayed there for 3 nights and had no hot water. Well.. Luke warm for the 2nd night for a brief time but gone once the neighboring room flushed. We informed every time we went down stairs. The 1st 3 hostess tried to get it resolved so maintenance kept coming up. But still not hot. We tried to get a different room but told there was no extra rooms and some other guest we talked to, allso had no hot water. I did notice that it was someone different at tye desk every time we went to the lobby, even when it was an hour later. The breakfast was decent, loved the fresh ground coffee machine.
Overall, I think we would give another chance due the lication for a 1 night. Unless the water is fixed and would have liked to make the room a cooler. But ok."
