"Was supposed receive a refund and never got it, I never stayed there I’m not 21 wasn’t even able to check in, I believe this is all expedias fault"

"Our experience at check-in was disappointing from the start. We had reserved a king bedroom, but were informed upon arrival that it was not ready and they could not guarantee when—or if—it would be available. Instead, we were placed in a two-queen bedroom, which was described as an “upgrade,” though it did not meet the standards or expectations of our original booking. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom had visible mold or mildew on the walls, the shower had extremely low water pressure with only lukewarm water, and the toilet emitted a persistent sewer odor. Additionally, the electrical outlets were unreliable and would repeatedly turn on and off. Other aspects of the stay were equally disappointing. The bar was not stocked, and the amenities advertised on the website were misleading. Parking was not complimentary, which was also not clearly communicated. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we will not be returning to this hotel"

"The room was clean and it didn’t have any weird lingering smell. This hotel actually saved us from another that we left immediately due to a stench and other things. FIRST.. booking was so easy. The lady who checked me in was upfront with the temp-deposits required for my pet. Our little guy is a good boy so we weren’t worried about not getting it back (which we did) as far as cleanliness and the staff, and even the ability to launder our garments… Everything was great! The only thing I didn’t like is there wasn’t a large area to really take our dog out to potty it was just kind of whatever grass is in the front or on the side of the building lol but I understand as it’s off the highway. The pool and hot tub were a fun little amenity for our son. I will say…. The pet friendly rooms are only on the first and second floor. I guess I never really realized how that might affect our pooch. Whoever was staying above us on the third floor had little ones that were consistently stomping around and jumping probably from bed to bed..as the noise was awfully loud and what else could little feet be doing. The only reason this bothered us was because it caused our dog to be overly anxious and bark more than he usually does. I’m going to guess he thought somebody was knocking or trying to break in. Eventually, I think he got used to it because the barking slowed down. (We were there nearly 4 days) but still… I guess we didn’t think about ppl above us being noisy lol. That’s all. "

"Was there for a medical procedure. Loved the shuttle service offered to the hospital. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel."

"I know the area very well, so i would have no problem with finding what i need. Parking okay here, but it is small when the hotel is full. I slso understand budgets, but i fo travel alone and being an older women, it would give me and other single traveler's peace of mind, if you had someone walk the parking lot early in the morning and a couple of times in the evening. Maybe offer to women visitors the option of having someone walk out with them to or from their cars at night."
