"We had club room, showers was not having water pressure, no or less hot water . Sink was clogged did complain multiple times guy came and tried but water was not going after few hours this was condition till our last day of four nights stay, power outages multiple times have to put keycard in again and again and it was not working multiple times. "What they advertise is NOT what you get. The rooms are dated....1980s Front desk staff Manish is horrible. I only stayed for one night as I though it was close to the airport. Its a good 40 min ride. Complimentary shuttle is a joke. I requested it and got a run around story. Ending up paying my own fare to the hotel and on my return the taxi driver took 200 IND from me. (Toll fees) as he calls it, even though we passed through none. Im sorry but my time and experience was awful. "
