We heard the area was a bit dangerous, but we didn't have any issues, and the hotel is locked up at night. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away. "
