"The breakfast menu was just okay but overall it was a great value. The room was very clean I did have to request to get the soap dispenser refill in the bathroom because it was empty a slight inconvenience"

"Overall ok. I really didn’t like being put in handicap room when we don’t have any disabilities. There were several weird spots in the room such as the sink faucet was installed too close to the mirror so it would not turn all the way on. The barn door wouldn’t stay closed or locked. It was also installed with horrible trimming looking like it was incomplete. For a newer building the caulking in the shower was either never there or worn out. But staff was nice."

"We found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, particularly the front desk team. The valet staff were also highly attentive and proactive, consistently anticipating my needs without requiring any direction or questions from me."

"The place is in dire need of remodel inside and out. Sinks don't drain properly. And the floors are uneven. Everything is so old and musty smelling. Terrible paint color schemes. Just needs a fresh remodel everywhere."

"Noisy, okay for a smoking room, tv didn’t work initially and only can view one channel. Other than that, we stay to ourselves and try to ignore the traffic."
