"I Love the 2-4 minute walk to the International Deparures or Arrivals. Checkin I did online so I was able to arrive early which was a bonus. Staff at Reception were kind & helpful & answered all my questions(even the dumb ones) I will continue to stay here as I am relaxed & ready to continue my journey wherever I am travelling to."

"it was an "almost" perfect experience .....everything was perfect ...till for some mysterious reason an obnoxious Sirene like sound , steady but dull in intensity started in the room in the middle of the night, which of course it woke us up . We couldn't find out the reason for it and how to stop it . By the time , out of frustration , were about to call maintenance the sound stopped. But that created enough stress and adrenaline that we couldn't promptly fall asleep again . That ...kind of ruined the overall ,perfect experience . Front desk has been notified ."

"While our room was comfortable & great location - the staff need to work on their customer service. We weren't advised of our free room credit on check in & even when I confirmed it with staff, it wasn't applied at check out. until I reminded them again that we were over charged. Check out is 11am but house keeping knocked on our door at 9.30am asking to make up the room. Also at check out after settling our room service bill, the receptionist asked to see the credit card we used for the bond again, which was unnecessary and a bit rude. Staff aside, the room was great."
