Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Took an hour for key to be located, then someone else in our room! Was double booked! Wasn’t even the accommodation that was advertised. No other accommodation available in Auckland, nearest we could get was Huntly! No assistance finding somewhere. Absolutely worst experience ever. Don’t stay here, nightmare
