"No breakfast at all. No hot water at arrival, no hot water in the morning. Fowl smell in the bathroom. No clean for 6 days. No coffee pods or sugar for 2 days. Very noisy location, far from everything. Not walkable at night. Stay away from this place."

"The owner is wonderful. Drove us to the airport to drop off the car, took us to a restaurant and picked us up later. The room was nice and had a spacious bathroom. The only reason I took off a start is because the room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke (Italians like to smoke). The staff offered air freshening spray, but it didn't help much. There were no other rooms available to switch to. "

"The special instructions only appeared after I confirmed my payment. These instructions stated that I could not book a stay for the same day. So off the bat I paid for a night that I wasn't even eligible for. I attempted to see if the staff could meet with me the same day to no avail. Overall it was a horribly stressful eperience. The Expedia staff kept transferring me to different customer specialist, were I had to keep repeating my delimma. I'm currently disputing the charges with my...
