"The staff was great. The room was clean. The A/C worked great. Those are the most important things to me when I stay at a hotel, so great job with those! I would recommend it to someone else. The only negative I would say is that the person working in the cleaning area next to the complimentary breakfast was not so friendly when I asked if it was closed. It closed at 9:30 (I hadn’t realized it was approx 9:45), my daughter was about to grab a muffin, and you’d think she would have said “yes we’re closed, but please help yourself to anything here!” She didn’t. She seemed a little mad. That’s not acceptable, in my opinion. "

"The room was incredibly clean, bed was super comfortable and staff was amazing. Tv had some cool features, appreciated they had free allergy friendly cookies to offer us and check in / check out couldn’t have been easier. Even locked my self out of my room like an idiot and they got me a new key in seconds after verifying it was me."

"This was our second stay this year and we can't wait to make it a third! We love the quiet, clean rooms and historic charm of the hotel. Our 9 year old had a blast in the indoor pool and my husband enjoyed the gym. It was a great time! "

"Room was clean and spacious. I wish the fridge was a little bit bigger, but ice machine was conveniently located on the same floor. Staff was kind and helpful. Would recommend. "

"First time staying at this hotel and we will definitely stay again. The hotel was quiet, plenty of parking and nice facilities. Rooms were neat and clean. Restaurant was nice. Only complaint was that the hotel bar closed at 10pm on Saturday night. Should be open later."

"You get a good continental breakfast plus theres an omelet station allowing the guest to choose the fillings, the staff were all warm and welcoming, Shopra ( not sure if I got it right ) in the breakfast stop by in our table asking us how were doing , which is very nice and accommodating, I would definitely check in again in the Embassy Suites in Marlborough if Im around that area"

"We've stayed here a lot visiting family, but hadn't been in a few years. The recent renovation has the rooms looking great! Comfortable, great breakfast and service as usual."
