Hotels near Atrium Health Cleveland

"No housekeeping for 5 night stay. Had to take out our own trash and was hard to get a garbage bags. Had to ask for toilet paper, no services. No, I did not have a hang tag on the door. The staff at the front desk kept asking me if I had a hang tag. Is this normal question for an excuse?? 200 dollar nights is outrageous for this hotel. Staff smoking right outside of the front doors, had to ask them to move to get out the door. Never stay at this hotel or recommed it. We travel alot and never had this experience. "

"This property is under construction so there is no access to certain parts of it. The fitness room is not open and the elevator is not working. There was also issues with smoking in the rooms but the staff was responsive when notified of the issue. Staff is helpful and friendly but due to current condition of property we probably won't stay again until it is finished with the remodel."

"Don't be fooled by the pictures on the Hotels.com website, the hotel is very dated, the pool was coverd/closed, the 1st room they assigned us had a dirty and running toilet. The 2nd room the sink fauset was dirty and had calcium build up on it, the corners of the bathroom floor had dirt build up like no one swept the corners, the top of the fiberglass tub enclosure had dirt, dust and hair on it. And best of all most of the "clean" towels were stained "

"Breakfast was nice, and so was the fire pit outside. Rooms were clean and nice. Do not go for the purpose of the pool because it’s tiny, but little kids would still enjoy it. Overall staff was great! There was just one front desk lady that wasn’t very pleasant. My biggest complaint was the SMELL in the elevators and in the hallways of the guest rooms, kind of garbage-like."

"Air didn’t turn on at all, the bathtub was stained and gross, the shower head was loose, tv didn’t turn on, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in dispensers, and I don’t think the room had been vacuumed in… well.. idk. Oh and the fridge didn’t work. Thank goodness I just needed a place to sleep for the night."
